Jim has been a great help and an inspiring trainer. It is odd to say at my young age but he coached me back from two extensive surgeries. He saw me through two difficult procedures that created muscle loss and inflexibility. I can say now that I have regained and even surpassed the strength and motivation I had prior to my surgeries. Jim keeps my workouts interesting and varied so I don't get bored.  We work with weights, TRX, body weight and medicine balls, and sometimes we even do yoga.  He always makes sure I stretch properly after every workout.

I was 29 when I first started working with Jim.  We have spent 11 years targeting areas to increase strength in my knees in order to manage bursitis, promoting a positive posture by strengthening back and shoulder muscles, strengthening muscles supporting ankles, elbows, and shoulders to manage pain caused by tendinitis, as well as frequently discussing daily nutritional input in order to support a healthy lifestyle.  We have also worked on flexibility and range of motion.
