Training sessions average between 60 and 75 minutes depending on your program. I will support you with nutritional tips and strategies to make your workouts efficient and easier to manage within a busy schedule. This is often the hardest part of staying fit!

PERSONAL TRAINING
Your training session will be focused and efficient. Your command of each exercise will give you the confidence that you are working to your fullest capacity. Results are met more easily. The grind is over. No reason to dread a workout!


CORE STRENGTH

I hold core strength as one of the key components to living a healthy and gratifying life. A simple approach focused on quality reps with little or no equipment purchases will create the basis upon which your health will thrive. Strong in the middle! In less time than you may think!


FLEXIBILITY
Touch your toes. Hard to do? If so, we better get started! Flexibility is another of the cornerstones of a healthy life. Once we have worked together you will understand how flexibility reduces muscle soreness, back pain, and overall stress while reducing anxiety and risk of injury. You can create change in the most inflexible body. You simply need to get started.


MUSCLE TONE
You know what's not fair? A fit physique burns fat even when at rest. Imagine that! Once you have achieved a change in your body composition you will see that your newly shaped body will be easier to maintain. A body with more muscle tissue burns fat during every activity--even rest! I have programs that will help you develop that muscle tissue!


TRAINING EFFICIENCY
I wish I could tell you this can happen in just 9 minutes a day. It takes more time than that. But I can tell you that your time will not be wasted! Learn to make every moment in the gym effective. Exercises are paired to make the best use of your time and the overall method leads to results more quickly. Programs are tailored for specific needs, which are determined by your personal goals.
